Reading picture books is definitely my thing! I love that through the simple act of reading aloud picture books like these, students are exposed to new people, ideas, and engage in meaningful discourse with their peers. Plus getting cozy in the reading corner with students creates powerful memories and a love of books. Children love to listen to a good story no matter their age. Read aloud to your students each day and watch your students grow into readers who love books!
